All requests for returns must be made by following the site's RMA procedures
within 30 days of receiving purchased products.
Returned items must be unopened and in unused condition. The customer agrees to and is responsible for paying all shipping charges and incurring all fees associated with the return of merchandise purchased through 8Lots.com.
Returns for adhesive merchandise (including but not limited to phone skins, screen protectors, and stickers) that have had their backing removed, as well as items designed for one time-use, are not accepted.
8Lots makes no refunds on shipping costs for any reason.
Returns are subject to validation by 8Lots.com. 8Lots reserves the right to limit and refuse refunds.
Firstly please check your order list and package carefully.
Please confirm with customer staffs whether your items are sent separately. If so, please be patient for another one.
If all packages have been delivered but you still have missing items, please contact us.
All of items will be tested before sent, sometimes, during the delivery process or some other reasons, the items maybe crushed or damaged. Please take some pictures about the broken items and contact our customer service center. We will update customer and solve it soon.
Can I return a faulty Item?
Before returning goods, please contact us sales@8Lots.com first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem through our technical support without you having to send anything back.
Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.
Note: 8Lots.com does not pay the return shipping cost for this return item, and we are not responsible if goods were lost when send back without tracking. We will deal with the refund within 1-3 business days after we receive the return goods.
